CINEMA dub MONKS

　CINEMA dub MONKS are from OKINAWA ,Japan. A unit organized by Daiho in Okinawa (Southern islands in Japan) in 1999. They create unique live spaces with combinations mainly of wood base, sampler, flute, and percussion accompanied by projected visual images on a screen.

　It is named ["atomospheric-cinematic"sound collage music] by the artist <fleckfumie> of Berlin.

　They stayed in Barcelona for 7 months since March 2002 for more than 50 performances at bars, restaurants, and museums in Barcelona, Paris, and Berlin, which attracted audiences of approximately 9000 total. They also make a sound-track of films and shows.
